Established in February 1961, this federation promotes cultural activities and communication between member organizations. Member circles organize regular concerts, performances, and participate in the annual MEIDAI-SAI festival.

Athletic Association
Founded in May 1956 and officially recognized in February 1961, the Athletic Association promotes physical fitness, character development, and friendship among university members. The association organizes inter-university competitions, sponsors recreational activities including ski and snowboard tours, and provides equipment lending services.

University Festival ¡°MEIDAI-SAI¡±
MEIDAI-SAI takes place each June on Higashiyama Campus and ranks as the largest university festival in the Tokai region, attracting nearly 50,000 visitors annually. The MEIDAI-SAI Executive Committee coordinates over 100 student organization events, laboratory open houses, and hands-on educational activities. The festival emphasizes environmental sustainability through barrier-free accessibility, waste separation, and eco-friendly practices.
