Established in February 1961, this federation promotes cultural activities and communication between member organizations. Member circles organize regular concerts, performances, and participate in the annual MEIDAI-SAI festival.

Founded in May 1956 and officially recognized in February 1961, the Athletic Association promotes physical fitness, character development, and friendship among university members. University Festival ¡°MEIDAI-SAI¡±
MEIDAI-SAI takes place each June on Higashiyama Campus and ranks as the largest university festival in the Tokai region, attracting nearly 50,000 visitors annually. The MEIDAI-SAI Executive Committee coordinates over 100 student organization events, laboratory open houses, and hands-on educational activities. The festival emphasizes environmental sustainability through barrier-free accessibility, waste separation, and eco-friendly practices.
