Ms. Yuri Ohkubo, a second-year doctoral student at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s Graduate School of Science, has been selected as a recipient of the 16th L’Or¨¦al-UNESCO Japan National Fellowship for Women in Science.
This award was established in 2005 by Nihon L’Or¨¦al in cooperation with the Japanese National Commission for UNESCO to encourage young female scientists to continue their research activities at educational or research institutions within the country.
Ms. Ohkubo’s award-winning research concerns "Identification of signal molecules regulating nitrogen acquisition in plants."
