ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) will each separately establish the "Amano-Koide Joint Research Laboratory" (tentative English name). By doing so, they aim to further strengthen their cooperation with each other in jointly advancing the research and development of technologies for evaluating gallium nitride (GaN) crystal and GaN power devices, which are essential to accelerating the research and development of GaN and its implementation in the real world.
