President of the World Bank Group, Dr. Jim Yong Kim, in his capacity as ex officio Chairman of the Administrative Council of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), has designated Dr. Tomoko Ishikawa, Associate Professor at the Graduate School of International Development, 黑料吃瓜网, to serve on the Panel of Conciliators maintained by the Centre. Ishikawa is one of ten persons, none of whom may be nationals of the same country, that Dr. Jim Yong Kim is permitted to appoint under Article 13 of the ICSID Convention.
